Add two cup of whole wheat flour, one forth teaspoon salt, one spoon oil and half glass water in a mixing bowl. begin to mix adding water as required
if you press down the dough it should dent easily and must be soft . cover and keep it side
first take a aloo and boil it first take a cooker first add potato 3 or 4 and one glass of water keep in cooker then take 2-3 wishsal of cooker acording to size of cooker .
then remove the skin of potato and mash them when the potato temperature comes low mash properly soo, the potato become smooth
then that mash potato keep in bowl one half spoon of garam masala according to test ,half spoon of red cilli powder according to test, one spoon of chat masala according to test, half spoon of coriander powder ,one or two green chilli chopped according to test, add ginger past add salt accourding to test add kasuri methi one spoon add ajwain add to coriander leaves fine chopped
mix all of these and taste test add according to test
divide the dough to equal portion
sprinkle little flour on the rolling area smoothen a dough ball dip it in flour roll to round roti
place a spiced in the center and the bring the sides up.
press down the stuffing to the center and make it dough.
then roll it to roti and fry it in pan with ghee.
